Firm Confirms Arbitration Award and Secures Judgment for Full Award, Plus Legal Fees, for One of the Nation's Largest Producers of Poultry Products

The Firm secured a judgment in the Southern District of New York, confirming the arbitration award obtained earlier, for House of Raeford Farms, Inc., one of the largest producers of poultry products in the country.

Raeford was awarded the full amount it was owed for products sold to a customer, plus all of its legal fees and expenses associated with the arbitration and efforts to confirm the award. February 2009.
