Firm Attorneys are Editors and Authors of Practising Law Institute Product Liability Treatise

The Firm congratulates Stephanie Scharf and Sarah Marmor upon publication of the PLI treatise, Product Liability Litigation: Current Law, Strategies and Best Practices, for which Ms. Scharf and Ms. Marmor are co-editors along with two of their former law partners. The PLI publication is the first major treatise on product liability litigation to be published in a number of years and reflects contributions from over 100 of the nation’s most accomplished practitioners in the field of product liability law. Four lawyers in the Firm contributed substantive chapters to the treatise, including the chapter entitled “Expert Evidence: Law, Strategies and Best Practices“ by Ms. Scharf and Ms. Marmor and the chapter entitled “Arbitration” by Beth Kaufman and Charles Updike.
