Firm Attorneys are Editors and Authors of Practising Law Institute Product Liability Treatise

The Firm congratulates Stephanie Scharf and Sarah Marmor upon publication of the PLI treatise, Product Liability Litigation: Current Law, Strategies and Best Practices, for which Ms. Scharf and Ms. Marmor are co-editors along with two of their former law partners. The PLI publication is the first major treatise on product liability litigation to be published in a number of years and reflects contributions from over 100 of the nation’s most accomplished practitioners in the field of product liability law.
