Partner Mindy H. Stern Elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Mindy H. Stern was elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Founded in 1978, the College is comprised of lawyers recognized for their legal acumen and proven leadership in real estate law, practice and regulation. Admission is by invitation only, available only to attorneys with at least 10 years’ experience and demonstrated expertise in real estate law who observe high standards of professional and ethical conduct and who have contributed substantially to the improvement of real estate law.

The Firm’s other real estate partners - Nancy Ann Connery and William Jay Lippman - also are Fellows of the College.
