Scharf Speaks at PLAC Fall Conference on Jury Attitudes

Partner Stephanie Scharf was an invited speaker at the Fall Conference of the Product Liability Advisory Council on October 15, 2009 in San Diego, addressing the topic of changing demographics of jury pools. Ms. Scharf’s presentation focused on generational cohorts, especially the emergence of younger “Generation Y” jurors, and the implications for trial practice.
