George D. Sax Speaks at Law Seminars International Panel on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

George D. Sax was one of three panelists at Law Seminars International’s roundtable teleconferences on October 7, 2010 and April 28, 2011 concerning recent changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Mr. Sax and his co-panelists spoke from their experience in federal civil litigation and discussed the impact of the new rules on federal civil lawsuits, with particular emphasis on expert witnesses and summary judgment motions.
