Partner Stephanie Scharf Interviewed by Crain’s Chicago Business

Stephanie Scharf was interviewed for the September 28, 2009 issue of Crain's Chicago Business, Focus on Law, in an article entitled, "Fertile or Barren? A Fickle Landscape," which addressed the prospects for future product liability and toxic tort litigation.

Ms. Scharf commented on the current mass tort litigation landscape, including that traditional personal injury cases are beginning to be supplanted by consumer fraud litigation because of simpler and less expensive proofs.
