Ted Banks Appointed by the Federal Trade Commission

Oct 13, 2010

The Federal Trade Commission has appointed Ted Banks to monitor Coca-Cola Company's compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's order settling charges that the company’s acquisition of Coca-Cola Enterprises, its largest North American bottler, would be anticompetitive. The order, which requires Coca-Cola to restrict its access to confidential competitive business information of rival Dr Pepper Snapple Group, allows the FTC to appoint a monitor.
