David Black
Mr. Black practices law in a variety of areas, primarily focusing on litigation. Major concentrations include commercial litigation for a wide variety of individual and corporate clients, employment discrimination defense work for a major university, and complex product liability defense for major pharmaceutical companies.

He also handles numerous matters which arise from his representation of various private schools, ranging from drafting enrollment agreements, employee handbooks and employee severance agreements, to negotiating and drafting contracts between schools and vendors, to advising schools on issues involving employment, real estate, admissions, privacy, not-for-profit and education law. He also advises schools on a variety of school/teacher/parent/student issues.
