Grace Wen practices in the areas of complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, internal investigations and regulatory and white-collar criminal defense. She primarily represents sophisticated financial market participants and public companies and their executives and employees in securities enforcement actions, white collar criminal investigations and complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience representing companies of all sizes in copyright, trademark and patent disputes.

Additionally, Ms. Wen is a certified information privacy management professional (CIPM), trained to design and implement an organization’s privacy framework to comply with applicable regulations. She advises on the development and implementation of privacy programs and when a security incident occurs, she counsels companies through the breach notification and remediation process.
