Mary Ann Becker
Of Counsel

Ms. Becker concentrates her practice in complex litigation. She has represented corporate clients in defending multi-state securities fraud and franchise act claims, fraud actions, patent infringement litigation, product liability litigation and trusts and estate disputes. In addition to her position in the Firm, Ms. Becker is an instructor of Legal Analysis, Research and Communication at DePaul University School of Law.

Ms. Becker received her J.D. degree (summa cum laude) from DePaul University College of Law in 2002, where she was a member of the DePaul Law Review and the Symposium Editor from 2001-2002. She graduated from Northwestern University in 1997 with a B.A. in French Language and Literature. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Becker was an associate at McDermott Will and Emery LLP.
