Jonathan E. H. Foust

Mr. Foust works primarily in the area of commercial and employment litigation. He has worked on several cases involving alleged gender, age and racial discrimination as well as sexual harassment. Recently he worked on a successful motion to dismiss claims involving constructive discharge and tortious interference with prospective business advantage.
In addition to his employment litigation work, he has also been actively involved in several cases involving pharmaceutical product liability, commercial litigation and toxic tort. He recently sat second chair during an arbitration between a small start-up company involved in the gaming industry and their prior counsel.
