Alycia S. Levy, Associate

Alycia Levy concentrates her practice in litigation, with a focus in employment law and commercial litigation. 

She has handled a wide variety of employment law matters for private clients and insurance companies before Federal and State Courts and agencies. Ms. Levy has litigated actions on behalf of employers concerning covenants not to compete, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair and deceptive trade practice claims.  Other employment defense litigation experience includes cases involving federal statutes such as Title VII discrimination and harassment, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and state and local employment laws.

In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Levy specializes in advising clients on wage and hour issues including compliance with the FLSA and state wage and hour laws.  She has also prepared employment manuals, employment agreements, separation agreements, and various employment policies and procedures.

She has also handled a variety of professional malpractice claims defending attorneys and real estate appraisers and various commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, fraud, and negligence cases.

Alycia S. Levy received her J.D. from University of Richmond School of Law where she was on the Richmond Law Review and her B.A. from Emory University.
