On October 26, Ted Banks moderated a panel at a meeting of the New York City Bar, Corporate Compliance Programs: "Where Outside Counsel Can Help -- or Make a Bad Situation Worse." The program was held be at the New York City Bar, 42 W. 44th St., 8-10 AM.

The program examined how a partnership between inside and outside counsel -- and others -- can best work to create or improve compliance programs for companies of any size.
