Stephanie Scharf Speaks at PLI Conference on Federal Procedure

Partner Stephanie Scharf presented an update on the law of expert evidence at the Practising Law Institute’s Federal Civil Practice Update held in Chicago on October 5, 2011. Ms. Scharf’s co-panelists were Chief Judge James Holderman and Magistrate Judge Morton Denlow, both of the Northern District of Illinois, and Avidan Stern, of Lynch and Stern in Chicago.
