The Firm represented client China Consulting Group in a complex contract dispute filed against Rubbermaid Commercial Products, LLC. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The dispute concerned royalties owed from the manufacture and delivery of waste receptacles imported from China.
