Firm Closes a Series of Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Rebecca O. Fruchtman, who heads the Firm's restructuring practice, led a team of attorneys in closing a series of deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions on behalf of a community bank, involving $15 million in multiple loans secured by distressed real estate. Counsel Elaine M. Taussig, a member of the Firm's corporate practice, assisted with the transactions along with attorney Linda Kaufman, who specializes in commercial real estate.
