Partner Mindy Stern Speaks at New York State Bar Association "Practical Skills" Real Estate Program

On November 13, 2007, Mindy Stern presented the "Mortgage Financing" section of the New York State Bar Association program "Practical Skills: Purchases and Sales of Homes." More than 220 attendees heard Ms. Stern discuss the loan application process, tips regarding mortgage brokers, typical loan costs, commitment letters and other loan documentation, and mortgage contingency contract clauses.
