Charlie Updike Wins Multi-Million Dollar Judgment for Client

Charlie Updike won a judgment in excess of $15,000,000.00 for our client in a commercial case tried in the Spring of 2005 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Updike represented Pfizer Inc. in a dispute with Stryker Corporation over responsibility for certain liabilities regarding implantable medical devices.
