Firm Concludes Six Commercial Leases for Contiguous Space
On December 5, 2006, John Delamater and Nancy A. Connery, on behalf of several historical and genealogical not-for-profit organizations, concluded six commercial leases for contiguous space at 20 West 44th Street, New York City. That premises is owned by The General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen of the City of New York, founded 1785. Our lead client was the Holland Society of New York. This transaction was reported in the Sunday Real Estate Section of The New York Times on January 7, 2007, and subsequently reported in the Real Estate Weekly (New York City), a trade publication.
