Beth Kaufman Speaks at ABA Conference on Juries

Partner Beth Kaufman was a featured speaker at the September 20, 2007 American Bar Association conference, “The Chemical Products Liability Trial: Winning at Every Stage, ” where she gave a special presentation on the top ten lessons she has learned from juries. Ms. Kaufman has tried multiple cases to federal and state court juries while representing companies that manufacture complex chemical-based products. She most recently completed a three month toxic tort trial in the state of New York.
