Scharf Co-Hosts Illinois Bar Foundation Reception

On May 9, 2007, partner Stephanie Scharf along with other members of the Board of the Illinois Bar Foundation, hosted a reception for Chicago area federal judges and state chancery judges, to highlight the use of cy pres funds to support the Foundation's work. The IBF is the state-wide charitable arm of the Illinois State Bar Association. The reception was part of the Foundation's efforts to enhance contributions for its activities, which includes support for not-for-profit organizations providing legal assistance to low income Illinois citizens.
