Firm Sponsors NAWL National Summit

The Firm participated as a sponsor of the National Association of Women Lawyers National Summit for Advancing Women Leaders in Law Firms, held November 5, 2007, in Washington, D.C.  The Summit was attended by leaders from all segments of the legal profession, including general counsels, law firm managing partners, judges, bar association presidents, and consultants and researchers on careers of professional women.  Thirteen bar associations co-sponsored the Summit, including the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the National Association of Women Judges.  Partner Stephanie Scharf chaired the Summit and Partner Beth Kaufman was a member of the Summit Planning Committee.
