SU&K Legal Assistants Volunteer for NYC "Day of the Child" Mentoring Event

Legal Assistants Gloria Carrion and Veronica Law were each selected to serve as a volunteer mentor for a foster child in this year’s New York City "Day of the Child." The New York City Administration for Children’s Services, the sponsor of this annual celebration, pairs a child in the foster care system with a selected adult volunteer for a day of fun, and encourages New Yorkers to consider making a longer-term commitment to foster children through mentoring.
