Partner Nancy Connery Speaks at New York State Bar Association "Practical Skills" Real Estate Program

On November 13, 2007, Nancy Connery presented the "Pre-Contract Due Diligence" and the "Closing" sections of the New York State Bar Association program "Practical Skills: Purchases and Sales of Homes," at which Ms. Connery discussed pre-contract due diligence issues for residential sales and closing issues, including transfer taxes.
