Stephanie Scharf Moderates DELVACCA Corporate Counsel Panel, “Too Many Hats”

Partner Stephanie Scharf moderated a panel on “New Challenges and Expanding Roles of General Counsels: Too Many Hats” at the October 15, 2007 annual General Counsel Forum, held in Philadelphia, PA, by the Delaware Valley Corporate Counsel Association chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The panel discussed, among other things, the challenge of providing more services on a flat budget, managing competing priorities and aligning the law department's practice with the company's business needs and initiatives. General counsel panelists included: Thomas R. Wilcox, III, Vice President & General Counsel, Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers; Dennis L. Schoff, Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Lincoln National Corporation; and Geoffrey Beachamp, General Counsel, Delaware Valley Municipal Management Association.
