Stephanie A. Scharf Co-Counsel in Jury Win Based on Scientific Defenses

Chicago partner Stephanie Scharf successfully presented the scientific defenses as co-counsel in a criminal case tried in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chicago, resulting in a favorable jury verdict returned on November 30, 2007.

Mrs. Scharf was responsible for all of the scientific testimony and cross-examinations of experts on DNA analysis, chemistry and other technical subjects. Ms. Scharf co-tried the case with Chicago counsel Jeffry T. Mandell.
