Partner Mindy H. Stern Chaired Program at City Bar Association

Partner Mindy H. Stern recently chaired a CLE program at the New York City Bar Association entitled "Residential Real Estate Closings: Soup to Nuts." In addition to moderating the program, presented in two-parts on Monday September 24 and Thursday October 4, 2007, Ms. Stern gave the attendees an overview of due diligence issues relating to residential real estate sales and purchases.
