Partners Mindy H. Stern and Nancy Ann Connery to Participate in Mock Closing Program at New York City Bar Association

On Monday October 29, 2007, Firm partners Mindy H. Stern and Nancy Ann Connery will participate in a program entitled "Surviving the Residential Real Estate Closing: Better Than Reality TV" being sponsored by the New York City Bar Association. In addition to chairing the program, Ms. Stern will play the role of the buyer's attorney in a mock house closing and a mock coop closing.
