Norman L. Greene Attends American Bar Association Rule of Initiative (ABA ROLI) Conference

Norman L. Greene attended the ABA Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) conference entitled "Promoting the Rule of Law: Perspectives from the Field 2009" held on March 4, 2009 in Washington, D.C. ABA ROLI is one of the premier organizations attempting to promote the rule of law in many countries throughout the world. The event gathered representatives from the U.S. government, non-profits, businesses and academia to share both successes and challenges.

Norman's recent publication on the rule of law is Perspectives from the Study of International Development and the Rule of Law: Are There Lessons for the Reform of Judicial Selection in the United States? 86 Denv. U. L. Rev. 53 (2008).  The publication became available in February 2009.
