Scharf Interviewed in New York Law Journal

Partner Stephanie Scharf was interviewed for the New York Law Journal Magazine article, "The New Meaning of Mentoring." Ms. Scharf, past President of the National Association of Women Lawyers and current Chair of the NAWL Survey Committee, discussed NAWL's "2007 Survey of the Status of Women in Law Firms," and in particular the continuing gender disparity in compensation among lawyers practicing in the nation's 200 largest law firms, including at the level of equity partner.
