Our Firm
We offer lawyers who bring multi-faceted experiences to difficult legal and business issues. The Firm includes four former federal law clerks, two former Assistant U.S. attorneys, a former Assistant District Attorney and multiple partners with trial and appellate experience. Some of our lawyers have advanced technical or scientific degrees. We are on the cutting edge of emerging legal issues, and are frequent authors of professional publications and speakers at CLE events.
Our lawyers enjoy the respect of their peers, as shown by their leadership roles in local and national bar associations. The Firm includes a former President of the National Association of Women Lawyers, a former and current chair of the American Bar Association’s Products Liability Committee (Section of Litigation), a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the present and a former Chair of the Real Property Law Committee of the ABCNY, a former chair of the Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law of the ABCNY, the current chair of the ABCNY Committee on Judicial Evaluation, and Board members of other local, state and national bar groups. These activities enhance a wide array of relationships at a national and regional levels among the defense and plaintiffs’ bar, which often benefits our clients.
