Founded in 1969, we represent businesses ranging in size from Fortune 20 public corporations to small, privately held companies, partnerships and individuals. We concentrate our legal services in the areas of complex litigation, employment, real estate, pharmaceutical, biotech, device and chemical product liability litigation, corporate governance, SEC defense and investigations, business and corporate and private client services. The Firm includes former federal and state Supreme Court clerks, former federal and state prosecutors, and partners with extensive trial and appellate experience. Some of our lawyers have advanced technical or scientific degrees.
